Ancient Canopy explores the presence of an old specimen tree within a deliberately restrained landscape. Ficus petiolaris is selected for its sculptural trunk, exposed roots, and ability to develop an asymmetric, airy canopy. The shallow Flora Plate keeps the composition grounded and horizontal, while weathered stone, mineral gravel, and restrained moss create the feeling of a landscape shaped slowly over time.
